Who Run Philly Madden Newsletter- The Pop Up Shop
First let me start off by saying Happy New Years to everyone hopefully everything is going great for you. In this Newsletter I will be talking about WhoRunPhilly2K 2024 goals and to give clarity on the add of a Pop-Up Shop to my tournaments & give you the reasons why it differs from other Pop-Up Shops.
The 8 Unique Things You Can Do At This Pop Up Shop That You Can’t Do Anywhere Else:
NBA2K24 Tournament- on Saturday I will be hosting a live NBA2K Tournament while everything is going on. People that attend the Pop up Shop will have a chance to spectate or even participate if there is still spots left.
Madden 24 Tournament- on Sunday I will be hosting a live Madden Tournament while everything is going on. People that attend the Pop up Shop will have a chance to spectate or even participate if there is still spots left.
Professional Photos- During the Pop up Shop I will have a photographer walking thru the event taking pictures of everything. Everybody will have the option to take a solo picture or even a group picture with who you attend the event with. There will be a Email List Sheet at the front door where you can put your email down and get the catalog of pictures sent to you after the event.
Vendors- This Pop up shop will also have a number of Vendors set up with tables displaying a various list of items for sale. From Clothes to Funnel Cake there will be tables set up giving you the opportunity to purchase items to support local businesses trying to sell there stuff.
Raffle Giveaways- This Pop up Shop I will be doing 2 Raffle Giveaways. One at 5pm & one at 7pm both days. I haven’t choose which Gift I will be giving out yet but it will consist of multiple prizes. I will be giving out anything from Gift cards- WhoRunPhilly2k Merch Bundle or Cash etc.
Food- There will be a Food Vendor in this event which offer Wings & a special sauce but I will also offer two choices of Nuggets and Fries or Wings and Fries.
Drinks- I will have the typical beverages like sodas, Gatorades, Water & if you are over 21 years old I will have a Special Punch you can buy.
Music- There won’t be a DJ but I will have a speaker playing music while the event is going on.
The WhoRunPhilly2K Goals for this Year will be just to get these Tournaments / Pop Up Shops filled up with the WhoRunPhilly2K Meet Ups popping on the alternative months.
